1. Организационный момент и приветствие.
-Good morning, boys and girls! I’m glad to see you! (We are glad to see you, too!)
-How are you? (Fine. And how are you?)
-I’m fine, too. Thank you.
2. Объявление цели урока.
-Today we shall finish learning the topic "Travelling and Transport”. Last lesson I asked you to create stories about your trips. At the beginning of our lesson we shall listen to them. But at first I want you to recall some irregular verbs, which will help us to make the stories and to answer some questions.

-Look at the blackboards. The verbs are given in Russian; you are to say them in English.

-Are you ready to answer my questions? Let’s begin.
1. Do you like to travel? (Yes, I do.)
2. How do you like travelling? (I like travelling by train.)
3. Have you ever been to a foreign country? What was it? (Yes, I have. It was Egypt.)
4. Have you ever travelled by plane? When was it? (Yes, I have. It was last year.)
5. With whom do you usually travel? (I travel with my parents.)

I. Учащиеся представляют свои сочинения на тему "Travelling”. По ходу представления они отвечают на вопросы учителя: How long did it take you to get there? With whom did you travel? How often do you travel? What places of interest did you visit? Was your trip interesting? Was your trip comfortable?
II. Now I want you to guess where we can hear these phrases:
When is the train to Sochi, please? (at the railway station) I think flight 206 is the best for you. (at the airport) What bus do I take to Vladimir? (at the bus stop) Which platform? Now open your books, please, page 41. Listen to the dialogues on the tape and read them in your books, ex. 12.
Where does the man want to get in the first dialogue? (To the Pushkin museum)
What about the second dialogue? (The man wants to get to red Square)

Good reading! You will work in pairs and try to change the dialogues over. You can change the place where to go, the number of the bus, transport. You have 3 minutes.
