Цель: проанализировав работу групп и созданные мини-проекты, найти ответ на вопрос «Есть ли что-то общее в людях из разных стран?» (Are there any common traits in people all over the world?)
We have been working on the topic "The diversity of World” for 7 weeks. When we began our work we didn’t know much about the World. You can see it in our questionings. But we worked hard. We read a lot of articles, studied "UNESCO Atlas of the World's Languages in Danger”, found the information about people of different nationalities, about different countries. We met foreigners and asked them about their countries and why they came to Russia. We talked to the representative of AFS and got much information about intercultural communication and education. We made books, wrote articles and created presentations. Now we know that there are small nationalities that have their own languages, traditions, customs and history. There are some languages that are in danger and some languages don’t exist anymore. Every country, no matter big or small, has interesting places to see, wonderful people to meet. We speak different languages; we like to eat different food, to listen to different music. But there are things which are really common. We are people. We like our families and friends, we are proud of our history, we like to travel and to meet new friends and to get new information. These things can unite us wherever we live. We think that it is great that our World is so different. It is a chance to discover the World. And we can say that the diversity of World is a way to knowledge and harmony.
