I  love  my  birthplace.

       Vladimir  is  my  home  city. I  have  been  living  here  since  1997. I  am  not  thinking of  to  change  the  place  where  I  live. There  are  a  lot  of  reasons  for  that. First  of  all, my  relatives  and  best  friends  arethere . If  I  have  to  leave  my  town, I will  miss  them  very  much. Then  there  are  a  lot  of  things  to  do  and  to  see in  our  town. Everybody  can  choose  the  activity  he  or  she  prefers   most of all. For  example ,  if  you  are  fond  of  doing  sports , our  town  provides  a lot  of  opportunities. Wonderful  gyms  and  skating-rinks ,swimming-pools  and  tennis  courts.  So there  is  everything  for  healthy  lifestyle. Besides there are  many  famous  sights .

Travellers  use  different  words  to  describe  our  wonderful  town : beautiful, charming,

friendly  and  welcoming. People  love  to  visit   its museums,  old  churches  and  cathedrals. The  best  places  to  visit   are   Dmitrievsky  cathedral  and  Uspensky  cathedral.  Dmitrievsky cathedral  is  supposed  to be  a  unique,  white – stone  masterpiece  of  ancient  Russian  architecture. It  is  a real  pearl  among  the  sights  of  our  town. Uspensky cathedral  with  its world – famous  Andrew  Rublev’s  frescoes  attracts  millions  of  tourists every year.  Some  years  ago  a  comfortable  view – sight  was  built  not  far  from  the  cathedral.  So  everybody can  see  a  picturesque landscape  on  the  River  Klyazma  bank. Vladimir  is  the  main  business  and  cultural  centre  of  our  region. It is famous  for  its  big  enterprises  and  research  institutes  as  well  as  for  its  excellent  theatres,  concert  halls and  orchestras.  

      As  for  me, I  cant  help  admiring  my  town. I  would  like  more  and  more  people 

share  my  opinion.
