Russia is my country. It is the
largest country in the world. Russia
is a very rich country. There are a lot of mountains, rivers, forests, seas in the
country. The capital of Russia
is Moscow. Of
course there are a lot of cities, towns in Russia. One of them is Vladimir, my birthplace.
I was born in this town. I would like to tell you about my native town. Vladimir is a very old
town. It was founded many years ago. I think that my town is beautiful. There
are many interesting places in Vladimir
to visit. One of them is the Golden Gates in the centre of the town. There is a
museum in the Golden Gates. It tells us about the past and the present of our town.
There are a lot of historical places in Vladimir.
Many tourists come to Vladimir
to see and to admire these places. Vladimir
is famous for its churches, Cathedrals.
What comes to your mind when
you think about birthplace? On the one hand it is my home, my family, my
friends. One the hand it is my street, my house , my town. It goes with out
saying that Motherland it is a special place for every person. I think our
native streets, native town give us huge power that helps us in our life.

There is nothing
better and dearer in the world than the NativeLand.
It gives us wings to fly, lights every our step, we can find the things there,
that we can see nowhere else.
It is impossible
to choose the NativeLand. And Idid not choosemy homeland either.Mysmallhomeis a villageVolosovo. And even thoughI was notborn there, this
placewill bein my heartall my life.
In fact, Iwas born in a town of Vladimir, where I livenow. But thevillage –is a specialplace for me, Iwant to come back
thereagain and again!
Probably, everyone thinks that
his own town, or village where he was born and lived, is the best corner of the
Earth. Yes, it is clear, for this place
you are unique: you "grew thee upon the palms of its hands”, it enriched you
with its beauty, you made friends there. You are itsparticle, it’s beloved son, and hope.
For me, Vladimir is a kind and honest worker,
inquisitive researcher, cultural activist. It surprisingly intertwined white and glorious antiquity and
the enthusiasm of youth, themodernized
version of new buildings and the great
masterpieces of the architecture of past centuries. It isserious and at the same time lively, bustling and it prides itself. Itproudly has been bearingits glory day after day from generation to
generation for nearly eight centuries.
My native land Russia,
the Vladimir
region.But everyone has their
own "small" homeland. This is the most
precious and dear to the place.
I have my favorite spot. This is a small house in
the village grandmother Smykova, "my Sinebore."There is nothing more beautiful
than this corner of Russia.Every holiday I try to visit my
grandmother Masha, especially in summer.Near the village of two rivers
flowing Sineborka and Surzha. It is good for fishing:
burbot, roach, pike, perch. We have a pope
udovolsviem fishing.
Everybody has a homeland. But everybody has his own
understanding of this word. For some
people it is the place where they were born, grew up and spent the most part of
their childhood, others think that it is the country, where they live in. I would like to tell you about my so called
small homeland. It is my native land, country or town where my forefathers
lived. Now my parents and I live here. In my composition I would like to explain
you what my native town of Vladimir is for me.
«Where is the beginning of the motherland?». It seems
to me, that the answer of this question is clear: in the birthplace, which
often becomes our home town or home village. But sometimes people have to leave
the city, where they were born, & to work in another region, which also
becomes their «second» home. So, Vladimir includes both definitions: it is not
only the town, where I live, but my birthplace, too. When was my little
motherland founded? Why does it have so unusual name? What places of interest
does this town have? And why do I love my birthplace? So, I`ll try to answer
these questions in my essay.
What
is Motherland? Motherland is a place, where a person returns to gladly and
proudly, and leaving it he knows that he will miss it a lot. Motherland is a
place that you love, where you were born and where you live.
It so happens, that I often move from town
to town. Now I live in Vladimir. But it doesn`t matter in what town and how
long I lived in it, my Motherland is Omsk.
If you ask me: «What do
you love in this life? » I answer you: «I love my parents, family
and my Birthplace. »
Parents, home and family
this is a root of life for each of us. My parents love me, take care of me,
they are my best friends. And at home I get many good fillings, care and love.
Also the family gives me many kind things. But my Birthplace is important for
me too.
